"Al-Idkhar Exchange Company is a Category (B) exchange company regulated by the Central Bank of Iraq and the Anti-Money Laundering Authority in the Republic of Iraq.

Al-Idkhar Exchange Company offers the following services:

• Domestic/local transfers in partnership with companies licensed by the Central Bank of Iraq under an agency/correspondent agreement.

• Buying and selling foreign currencies in accordance with the exchange rates issued by the Central Bank of Iraq.

• Foreign currency window operations, providing US dollars through the Central Bank and selling them to the public at a rate set by the Central Bank, to meet citizens' needs for travel outside the Republic of Iraq."
